It is happening. This is your personal invitation to attend: The National Rally to Protect America’s Wolves!

The Rally will be held in Washington DC on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 9AM to 4PM. We will come together in an area adjacent to the Washington Monument on the National Mall, to meet and network with each other, to hear from an impressive and inspirational line-up of speakers and to march peacefully between the Lincoln Memorial and the US Capitol building.

You can register for the Rally on This Website. There you will find details of the day’s itinerary, including the excellent speaker line-up, as it evolves. Frequently Asked Questions, regarding getting there, lodging, etc will be posted on the site as well. Please be patient as the organizers fill in the details and answer your questions through the website.

This Rally is for America’s vital and beautiful wolves and other native wildlife under siege. This is our rally, your rally.(Source)

Where will the Rally take place?

The Rally is within yards of the Washington Monument which is a white marble tower, pointing 555 feet into the sky. It is the most visible monument on the National Mall. Our Rally has the Northeast Quadrant of the Washington Monument reserved as the site of our demonstration and rally for wolves. If you need to, you can ask a national park service officer or local police officer to point you to the Northeast Quadrant of the Washington Monument. Check our Rally website for a google map of the location

This film made me cry! I argue for the wolf all the time and there are so many people out there that don't understand that we need them in nature. They are a beautiful animal that deserve out protection. Those who think it's okay to kill them don't understand the truth, or simply won't listen! Thank you for all you do to raise awareness in saving our wolves!

Thank you very much for your work. I'm from Italy and I can only say that I'm with all of you that will join the rally. In Italy we have the italian wolf that in the last centuries was near to the extinction, because it was just a wolf; because it had such a bad fame and because the Man took the woods and the mountains where it lived. So it appened that some wolves attacked sheeps or cows or other farm animnals and for that they were killed and hunted. In those last year, luckily, we have seen a return of the italian wolves on our mountains, but they are still in danger.
I believe that, someway, we are all linked: men are linked each other and with all the other species on Earth; in the same way, wolves are linked each other and with the men. Save one wolf in America it is an important step and I hope that also in Italy we will follow your example.

I support the wolves very much and I am only a 13 year old girl. My favorite animal is a wolf and well next year, during the summer of 2014, I am going to Yellowstone in hopes to see wolves, the reason why I suggested we go to Yellowstone. I really want to help out in anyway I can. We do not need to take part in killing wolves because the elk population is going down. Its a way of life. Leave it alone. If these people kill wolves, kids will never get to see one. And I really want to. If this law goes out to were we can kill wolves, many people will probably never see them again in America. I really hope this law doesn't go through and frankly, we actually don't even need to eat meat, we just choose to. When God first made us, all of us only ate fruits and vegetables. Im not saying that we should all turn into vegetarians. Im just saying this. I really hope this law doesn't go through and that our children's children will know about these wonderful and magnificent beings.
