Adam Beach has just joined the cast in the Christian Bale-starring Hostiles which is being directed by Scott Cooper (Black Mass).

Beach will next be seen as Slip Knot in the highly anticipated Warner Bros. film Suicide Squad from director David Ayer.

Hostiles, set in 1892, tells the story of a legendary Army captain who agrees to escort a dying Cheyenne war chief (Wes Studi) and his family back to tribal lands. Beach, who is a Native American actor. The project, which also stars Rosamund Pike, is based on a three-decades old screenplay by Donald Stewart (Missing) rewritten by Cooper. Beach plays Black Hawk

Cooper is also producing this project with John Lesher and Ken Kao, who is financing through his company Waypoint Entertainment.

Beach is well known for his performances in Flags of our Fathers, Windtalkers and Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee. He is repped by Industry Entertainment’s Dan Spilo and attorney Robert Lange at Kleinberg Lange Cuddy & Carlo.
