WATCH: A Magical Dolphin Swarm

When hundreds of jumping dolphins surround all sides of your boat, there's only one way to react: awestruck, giddy laughter.

That's how the folks aboard the Dolphin Safari tour boat reacted when they encountered a dolphin stampede off the coast of Dana Point, Calif.

The video, which was uploaded to YouTube Monday, shows dozens of dolphins jumping and swimming to keep up with the tour boat. The perspective even switches underwater, focusing on a single dolphin pod. It's a magnificent sight -- but the footage is definitely enhanced by the hilarious sounds from the crowd.

As the dolphin expert rattles off fun facts about dolphins in Dana Point, tour members can be heard either moaning and groaning in amazement or giggling uncontrollably. The only audible reactions include, "I cannot believe this," "oh my god" and "holy cow!" This is what behing high on life sounds like.

Dana Point is one of the best spots in the world to catch a glimpse of dolphins. Dolphin Safari notes on YouTube that the area has the "greatest density of oceanic dolphins per square mile of anywhere in the world." (Source)
