A short video on the first couple of months new wolf cubs joined
The pups came to the zoo on Memorial Day 2006 when they were approximately 4 weeks old. They are all from the same litter which consisted of 3 males and 3 females. This short video covers the first month or two after they arrived at the zoo.

In addition to viewing, the zoo specializes in education, research, wildlife conservation, and animal rehabilitation; many of the animals currently in the zoo were found orphaned or injured.

Large litter! They brought memories of the 1st hybrid pup I rescued. Amazing creatures and must be conserved. But everyone please remember, they are NOT dogs, many aspects of their behavior are quite different.

They are such beautiful wolves. I hope they are still safe. And have grown up to be big an strong. Thank you for saving them.
